Terms & Conditions - Fees


Eve Land & Development Ltd terms and fees: 

For the introduction and or negotiation of land or property a fee of 2% plus VAT of the contract purchase price is payable on exchange of contracts (with a minimum fee of £2,500 plus VAT),unless otherwise agreed. 

Planning Permission Granted and Unconditional Purchase:
The purchaser will be invoiced on exchange of contracts for 50% of the agreed fee plus VAT. The balance will be due on completion. 

Subject to Planning and Option Agreements:
The purchaser will be invoiced on exchange of contracts or signing of the option agreement for 25% of the agreed fee plus VAT. The balance will be due on completion. 

Joint Venture:
Joint Venture, where a joint venture is agreed, the purchaser will be invoiced for the agreed fee plus VAT on the signing of the agreement.

 


Late payments will be charged with an administration fee and interest will be charged on any outstanding amounts.
